CREED has a 21 members at General Committee and a 7 members Executive committee, which is elected by the General Members from among the general members. The Executive Committee is carrying out overall responsibilities for all matters of the Organization through the Executive Secretary and it is responsible to the General Committee. On the other hand, CREED has a structured program administration system with 93 development workers constituting its total staff strength. There are head office staff and project staff. The project staff are responsible for the proper implementation of all field activities. The staff of the head office are responsible to the Chief Executive and the field staff are responsible to the respective Coordinators (the Coordinators are responsible to the Chief Executive).
